Yes. Tracking is commoditized across the industry — we won't nickel-and-dime you on it. Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise all include real-time Live Tracking, Customer ETA notifications, and public-tracking links at no extra cost.
A task is a single delivery, pickup, or service stop — one row in your operational grid. A round-trip pickup-and-delivery counts as one task. Failed attempts do not count as new tasks (re-attempts on the same order are free).
The platform is engineered for that ceiling. The Enterprise tier runs on dedicated compute and queues sized to your volume. We have customers running 1,000,000+ tasks/month on slab-priced Enterprise configurations.
Template authoring, custom template design, multi-brand sender IDs, trigger rules — all included in your plan. The per-message SMS fee is pass-through from the carrier at cost and varies by destination country. WhatsApp and email notifications have no per-message fee.
