  • Fulfilment status writeback: Delivery milestones (dispatched, in transit, delivered, failed attempt) written back to Shopify order fulfilment status in real time.
  • POD sync: Photo, signature, OTP, and delivery timestamp attached to the corresponding Shopify order automatically on completion.
  • Tracking link: Customer-facing tracking URL generated per delivery and attached to the Shopify order notification or sent via SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Multi-location support: Orders from multiple Shopify locations can be routed to separate depots or vehicle pools within SuiteFleet.
