SuiteFleet (“the App”) provides a delivery management, dispatch, route optimization, fleet operations, and proof of delivery platform (“the Service”) to merchants and businesses who use Shopify and other connected commerce or business systems to manage their operations. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install, access, or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store or other integrated systems.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

  • Store information, such as your store name, store URL, and store owner details
  • Order information, such as order number, items ordered, delivery address, customer details, and order status
  • Fulfillment and shipping information, such as fulfillment status, tracking details, and delivery notes
  • Customer information, such as name, phone number, email address, and shipping address, where relevant to delivery execution
  • Merchant account and subscription information necessary to authenticate, provision, support, and manage the App within your Shopify environment

Additionally, we may collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed SuiteFleet:

  • Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your business, such as name, company name, email address, phone number, login credentials, billing information, and user role
  • Information about end customers associated with deliveries or orders, such as name, address, phone number, email address, order identifiers, delivery instructions, proof of delivery details, and delivery status updates
  • Information about drivers, dispatchers, and operations personnel, such as name, phone number, email address, assigned tasks, live or historical GPS location data while using the App, proof of delivery submissions, and operational activity records
  • Delivery and usage information about individuals who access the App, website, or related services, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, time zone, pages viewed, and interaction logs
  • Support and communications data, such as inquiries, tickets, call notes, and messages sent to our support or commercial teams

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your account, through other connected platforms and integrations, and using the following technologies:

  • Analytics and monitoring tools may be used to understand usage patterns, improve performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and monitor service reliability

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App.

Additionally, we use this personal information to:

  • Provision, authenticate, and manage merchant accounts and user access
  • Process, route, dispatch, monitor, and complete delivery-related tasks
  • Provide live delivery visibility, customer notifications, proof of delivery, and operational reporting
  • Support integrations with NetSuite, Shopify, and other connected systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
  • Communicate with you regarding your account, support requests, product updates, onboarding, billing, and service-related notices
  • Optimize, maintain, secure, and improve the App, Site, and related services
