Is Live Tracking really included at every tier?

Yes. Tracking is commoditized across the industry — we won't nickel-and-dime you on it. Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise all include real-time Live Tracking, Customer ETA notifications, and public-tracking links at no extra cost.

What is a "task"?

A task is a single delivery, pickup, or service stop — one row in your operational grid. A round-trip pickup-and-delivery counts as one task. Failed attempts do not count as new tasks (re-attempts on the same order are free).

Can I really handle 1,000,000 tasks per day?

The platform is engineered for that ceiling. The Enterprise tier runs on dedicated compute and queues sized to your volume. We have customers running 1,000,000+ tasks/month on slab-priced Enterprise configurations.

How do SMS notifications get billed?

Template authoring, custom template design, multi-brand sender IDs, trigger rules — all included in your plan. The per-message SMS fee is pass-through from the carrier at cost and varies by destination country. WhatsApp and email notifications have no per-message fee.

How does 3PL carrier integration actually work? (Scale+)

Scale includes a carrier-agnostic broker. When you hand a task off to an external 3PL, SuiteFleet books the shipment, pulls tracking back into your dashboard, and reconciles status events so your ops team sees one unified view across owned fleet and outsourced volume.

Where is my data stored? Is it compliant?

Production data is stored in regional locations by default and stays in-region unless contracted otherwise; custom residency is available on Enterprise. We're GDPR-compliant and OWASP Top 10-aligned, with SOC 2 and ISO 27001. The platform is externally pen-tested annually — all Critical and High findings from the most recent assessment are resolved.

Can I see live uptime?

99.9% — status.suitefleet.com publishes real-time component health, incident history, and scheduled maintenance. Subscribe for email or webhook alerts.
