3P Logistics

When you move most of a country's express parcels, every one of them can come back. 3P Logistics is a privately owned full-range provider offering express courier, air, sea, land transport and warehousing, with deep expertise in supply chain optimization. As the DHL Express partner for Kosovo, they cover roughly 70% of the express courier market and drive much of the country's e-commerce growth. But e-commerce doesn't just ship out, it sends back. Their challenge was the return leg: managing reverse logistics and collections. SuiteFleet gave that trip the same control as the trip out, through its reverse logistics feature.

How 3P Logistics mastered returns and collections

Most logistics software is built for the trip out: warehouse to door, status flips to delivered, job done. But when you handle most of a nation's parcels, a delivery is rarely one-way. 3P Logistics, a full-range provider spanning express courier, air, sea, land transport and warehousing, is the DHL Express partner for Kosovo, covering around 70% of the express courier market and standing as one of the main drivers of e-commerce in the country. At that scale, the return leg isn't a side case. It's a core part of the operation.

The Challenge

3P's hardest problem was reverse logistics: managing returns and collections. Sending a parcel forward is the part every system handles well. Bringing one back is where visibility usually drops off, the collection that has to be scheduled, the item that needs to be picked up, the return that has to be tracked and reconciled against the original order. And e-commerce only makes that harder: more orders out means more parcels coming back. Without a dedicated way to manage that flow, collections slip into spreadsheets and phone calls, disconnected from the outbound operation they belong to. For the country's express courier leader, that blind spot on the return leg was a gap they couldn't afford.

The Solution

SuiteFleet closed it with its reverse logistics feature. Instead of treating collections as an afterthought, SuiteFleet manages the return leg with the same structure as a delivery: collections are scheduled, assigned, tracked, and confirmed inside the same platform 3P uses to run outbound. The trip back stopped being a manual exception and became part of one continuous flow, forward and reverse, in a single view, exactly the kind of branch and customer-specific solution 3P prides itself on building for its own clients.

The Results

  • Returns and collections managed inside the platform, not in side spreadsheets
  • The return leg tracked with the same visibility as outbound delivery
  • One continuous flow across forward and reverse logistics, in a single operational view
  • A reverse process built to scale with Kosovo's growing e-commerce volume

The Takeaway

A delivery network is only complete when it works in both directions. For the company moving most of Kosovo's express parcels and pushing its e-commerce forward, the return leg deserved the same control as the trip out. By bringing 3P Logistics' returns and collections into SuiteFleet's reverse logistics feature, a familiar blind spot became a tracked, managed part of the operation, closing the loop on every delivery.
